FUNCTION AND DUTIES OF THE FACULTY OF SOCIAL SCIENCES AND HUMANITIES

The specific functions and duties of the faculty are:

1. To manage the Faculty staff and students in accordance with the decentralization of the principal.

2. To plan and coordinate training activities and instructional programs following the school's overall plan, including organizing the development of training programs, developing projects, compiling documents, textbooks, manuals and other educational materials in compliance with the development orientation of the university and the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training; to organize research to enhance teaching and learning methods; to develop training programs for the branches and majors assigned by the school; to organize the compilation of detailed outlines of related subjects to ensure consistency and avoid overlap between subjects of the training program or between training levels.

3. To plan and coordinate the execution of science and technology activities as well as international cooperation; to work with scientific and technological organizations, production facilities, and commercial establishments related to the training of professionals; and to mobilize enterprise participation in the faculty training process.

4. To create a strategy to train a group of speakers, trainers, and facilities for scientific research and training, enhancing the environment for training quality assurance.

5. To establish plans and direct the teaching of politics, ideology, ethics, and lifestyle to faculty members and students; to create a plan for faculty members to be trained and retrained to increase their professional credentials.

6. To plan the evaluation of school administrators, lecturers, and faculty researchers in accordance with school policies and take part in it.

7. To carry out further tasks as directed by the Khanh Hoa University Rector.
